Lynda joined HCR in 2023 as Director of Business Operations and is responsible for strategic planning to help prepare the company for continued growth, human capital aspects for growth and retaining employees, streamlining processes, and new systems implementation. She also works with the firm’s external marketing and PR teams to enhance HCR’s reputation and build brand awareness.

Prior to joining HCR, Lynda was Vice President and Senior Client Strategist at BNY Mellon Wealth Management after serving as Senior Vice President and Sales Leader (Wealth Director) at PNC. She grew up in a family-owned retail business with 42 physical locations and a distribution warehouse. Lynda has an entrepreneurial spirit and owned a high-producing Smoothie King franchise with her husband for 10 years. She has over 25 years of experience effectively building and leading successful teams to achieve and exceed their goals. Reviewing procedures and understanding how each person on the team interacts with and utilizes a process helps her to effectively recommend ways to streamline them while making the individual team members’ jobs a bit less cumbersome.

Lynda graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and also received a MBA in Finance from William Paterson University.
